For principals specifically, I built a structured program called Called to Lead. It is personalized coaching designed to help you lead with confidence and clarity from day one, whether this is your first year in the role, you are moving up from assistant principal or the classroom, or you are transitioning into Catholic education from public school.
Called to Lead includes the First-Year Principal Framework, a month-by-month leadership companion built around six core areas: Catholic Culture and Identity, Community Engagement, Faculty and Workforce, Individual Student Growth, Operational Vitality, and Leadership.
