1. As principals, our jobs can be on an island. This group gives you the opportunity to connect with other school leaders across the country to provide you support and growth.

2. Matters discussed will be relevant and specific to  Catholic school administrators. 

3. Accountability with other leaders to help you grow as a professional, which makes your school better. 

4. Ongoing sessions build off one another to provide you with ongoing growth twice a month, for one hour each session. 

5. The sessions are priced to allow anyone interested to participate in them. Title II Funding can also be used to cover all or a portion of the costs. 

6. It's a place where you can ask questions or discuss things in a safe space to learn and grow. 

Our Catholic School Principal Mastermind groups offer you the opportunity for ongoing collaboration with other principals across the United States and Canada without leaving your school building! These are school leaders who are seeking to grow as professionals just like you, making your experience a positive one. 

As Catholic school leaders, you are not only leading for outstanding academics but also seeking to lead your institution in the faith for your students and teachers. Our Mastermind Group recognizes this and builds the foundation of the group with that in mind. 

Catholic schools face issues unique to them that many public schools aren't asked to tackle. The topics of our discussions are specific to the challenges you face each year as a Catholic school leader. Examples of topics range from areas such as student achievement, enrollment strategies, and other topics the group wants to discuss relevant to their schools. 

As leaders of Catholic schools, you are leading Catholic schools, not private schools. We value this same idea and have this at the center of Elementary Advancement Solutions. 

We recognize the budgets at many Catholic schools are tight, which can limit the growth opportunities. Our Mastermind Groups are affordable and cost-effective to ensure schools of all sizes and budgets can benefit from them.  In many instances, Title II funding can be used to offset the costs of your participation.  We are happy to work with you on securing these funds your school is entitled to use.

Unlike many conferences or workshops, our Catholic School Mastermind Groups are ongoing for the duration of the school year to allow you the support and time together. Sessions are held two times a month for 1 hour each session. The sessions are held during the school day to respect your time as an educational leader in and out of your school. 

The ideal size for a group is six to ten people to ensure everyone can actively participate in the discussions, as well as share their experiences with others. 

Our sessions provide you as a Catholic school leader the opportunity to discuss matters important to your school in a safe and confidential place to allow everyone in the group to grow in their role.
