How a Mastermind Meeting Works

Our Mastermind Meetings provide a faith-filled, collaborative environment for Catholic school leaders to grow, share, and find solutions to their unique challenges. These one-hour sessions take place twice a month during the school day, ensuring they are part of your professional workday and not an additional evening or after-school commitment.

Each meeting follows a structured format:

  • Prayer: We begin with prayer to center our time together and seek God’s guidance in our work.
  • Check-Ins: Participants share updates, successes, and challenges since the last meeting, fostering connection and support.
  • Focused Discussion: The core of the meeting is dedicated to a key topic from the curriculum or an issue raised by a member. This time allows for collaborative problem-solving, peer input, and expert insights tailored to your needs.
  • Goal Setting: Members identify actionable goals for the weeks ahead, ensuring that the session leads to practical progress.
  • Closing Prayer: Each meeting concludes with prayer, leaving participants renewed in faith and focused on their mission.

This format ensures that every session is meaningful, productive, and integrated into your professional responsibilities, helping you lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
